Tetramorph Mini RPG

An emergency spaceship protocol awakens you from D.S.C.S (Deep Space Cryo Slumber). Your T.S. (Travel Span) counter shows 1000 years have passed and you realize your spaceship never reached its original course. The Tetramorph that you imprisoned and were taking back to Terra for further experiments is now unleashed and prowls inside the ship. 

Your memory is a void and struggles to surface. You take a C.F. (Cortex fluid) syringe and insert it in your L.L.N.L. (Lower Lumbal Neural Link). The past flashes in front of your eyes and you clearly remember who you are.
